Knight Corporate Finance has advised Foresight Group on its investment into VS Group, alongside the simultaneous acquisition of The PC Support Group.
VS Group provides IT, connectivity and cybersecurity services to SMEs across the UK through a managed services offering. The transaction further strengthens the group’s platform through the addition of The PC Support Group, an IT managed services provider with a strong recurring-revenue profile.
Knight Corporate Finance provided buy-side corporate finance advice and customer referencing to Foresight, supporting the investment and wider transaction process.
Other advisers involved in the transaction included K3 Advantage, providing financial and tax due diligence, Nimbus Legal as sell-side legal advisers, and JMW Solicitors acting as legal advisers to the buyer.
