Our Story

Founders, Paul Billingham and Adam Zoldan had careers in senior commercial and operational roles in the telecoms sector, as well as corporate finance roles at PwC before establishing Knight and the company is now a dedicated team of 11 professionals operating from offices in Manchester, Warrington and London.

We have recruited a team with combination of industry specific commercial experience, corporate finance expertise alongside technical financial skills and deep relationships across the industry sector. This blend of experience allows us to see opportunities from multiple perspectives and ultimately deliver the best possible solution for our clients.

Our ethos is to spend time understanding our clients’ businesses and what they want to achieve, and then set out the options accordingly.  For most of our clients, their business is their most valuable asset and we understand the responsibility and the critical role that we play in our clients livelihood.

We have completed nearly 200 deals with transaction sizes ranging from £1m to £50m and we have returned over £1 Billion in shareholder value to our clients over the years.

We undertook our own transaction in 2021, joining K3 Capital Group, and we know what it is like to go through a process and the varying emotions of such a life-changing event. As part of a larger company we also have access to more expertise in parallel sectors.
