Promotions and New Senior Hire for Knight Corporate Finance

Knight Corporate Finance has announced 3 promotions in its team and also a new senior hire in Alex Stewart.

Now in his 6th year at Knight, Dom Lillie is promoted to Director, having led a number of successful deals over the last 12 months. Jacob Pattison is promoted to Associate Director, a second promotion in 2 years since joining from PWC having been instrumental in a number of completed transactions. Ryan Batchelor is the third member of the team earning a promotion, to Senior Corporate Finance Manager, following great feedback from clients.

Dom, Jacob and Ryan all demonstrate that being part of Knight allows people to progress and get rewarded alongside the growth of the business itself. The team completed 4 transactions in June.

As part of the next stage of its growth plan, Knight has also confirmed the appointment of Alex Stewart from Cortus Corporate Advisory, who will have a particular focus on Private Equity opportunities to compliment Knight’s unique telecoms & technology sector expertise.

Having trained as an accountant with PwC, Alex moved into Corporate Finance there and later, on to GCA Altium.  Alongside Advisory services, Alex has also worked in Private Equity investing in companies, and in industry roles ranging from Finance to Head of M&A. With over ten years of deals experience, Alex joins us from Cortus where she spent the last three years setting up and building the Corporate Finance practice.

Alex has experience advising founder owned and Private Equity backed companies as well as specialising in developing and delivering M&A strategies for companies looking to deliver buy and build equity stories.

“I am thrilled to be joining the Knight Corporate Finance team. The business has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality advice to its clients with years of sector expertise. I am particularly excited to draw on these credentials and to support the team to build their presence in the Private Equity market going forward.”

Paul Billingham added “we are delighted that Alex has joined us and is highly regarded in the professional services sector in the North-West. The 3 promotions also recognise the excellent progress that Dom, Jacob and Ryan have achieved over the last 12 months at Knight and demonstrate that Knight and the wider K3 Capital Group is a great place for developing a career in professional services”.

Knight CF was founded by Adam Zoldan and Paul Billingham in December 2008 with the specific aim of advising businesses and entrepreneurs in the technology and telecoms sector. During this time, it has completed 190 transactions from its offices in London and Warrington and is now part of K3 Capital Group, a multi-disciplinary and multi-national advisory Group https://www.knightcf.com/
