Direct Phone Calls
Calls with selected customers of the target help you understand:

- What they see as positive about the services received & relationship with the target
- Areas of concern with the services received and the relationship with the target
- What the Target could do better for the client
- Any interest in taking additional services from the client if they could provide them
- Any risks to the client not remaining with the Target over the long term
- Would they recommend the target to other companies

Bespoke Online Survey
An online survey to a wider range of customers can cover the same questions as the direct call whilst being refined depending on the specific requirements.
A survey can be developed to take less than 5 minutes for each customer to complete, whilst giving an informative score out of 100. The online survey can also be branded as coming from the Target, providing peace of mind to the Target that they are in control of this process given the sensitivities around customer contact from buyers.
