Knight has undertaken financial due diligence for Babble in its acquisition of Stonegate Technologies.
Stonegate, based in Haslingden, Lancashire, is a Microsoft-focused managed service provider whose customer support models will be integrated into Babble’s 24/7 support and training offering.
“The acquisition of Stonegate will allow us to further diversify and broaden our offering in order for more companies to successfully adopt the cloud,” said Matt Parker, Babble CEO.

Founded in 2001, Babble works with over 20,000 organisations in a wide range of sectors including financial, health and education, travel and accommodation, and public services.
In relation to the Stonegate acquisition, Babble’s announcement added: “We think change can be a great thing and a wonderful opportunity to achieve even more together.
