A successful sale of Beyond Networks has been completed with Knight CF serving as advisers – the acquirer being Digital Origin.

Beyond Networks is a well-established outsourced IT support company founded in 2004 by Tariq Hussain and Windson Choy, with clients across London and the South East.

The High Wycombe-based company has grown steadily year on year, building on its burgeoning reputation, and currently manages the IT operations of more than 100 businesses.

Digital Origin, an ambitious IT and telecoms reseller, was formed in 2018 by James Evans and focuses on achieving financial waste reduction and IT & digital optimisation that creates a better, safer working environment for its clients.

All of the Beyond Network team are being retained and the two founders will take on broader technical leadership roles within the wider group.
