Matrix247, founded in 1991, has a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT and telecom solutions into the legal and insurance sectors. Over the course of a competitive transaction process, Knight was able to highlight Matrix’s expertise in these verticals, underpinned by innovative UC and CCaaS propositions and long-standing customer relationships. This position was central to presenting the strategic value of the business to buyers, which ultimately was well aligned with Focus Group’s growth ambitions in these markets.
