Founded in 2020 by Jack Gadson, Ryan Betambeau, and Jamie Green, CellTech Communications provides specialist services supporting the build, upgrade, maintenance, and decommissioning of mobile network sites across the UK.
The investment from Key Capital Partners provides both capital and strategic support to accelerate CellTech’s next phase of growth. The partnership will enable the business to scale its operations, broaden its service offering to mobile telecoms principal contractors, and capitalise on increasing demand driven by the UK’s ongoing 5G rollout.
The transaction represents a key milestone for Knight Corporate Finance, marking our first mandate in this specialist telecoms infrastructure services niche and our first collaboration with Key Capital Partners, further extending our presence across the communications and technology landscape.
