Knight has advised in Incom-CNS Group’s exit to Focus Group…

Focus Group has have acquired Incom-CNS as a means of enhancing its geographical presence in the UK, gaining more contact centre resources to support its ever-growing customer base.

Telecommunications specialist Incom-CNS, which was formed in 1989, operates in the North West and South Wales, areas that Focus scouted as needing more coverage in.

Founded in 2003 and growing its workforce close to a thousand members of staff, Focus has invested in multiple companies in recent years, gaining a customer base of UK businesses to over 25,000 along the way.

Its Co-founder and Director, Ralph Gilbert, explains: “In Incom, we’ve targeted another great business, with an excellent team, strong organic growth and a really strategic location for the group.”

Ralph describes Incom as “a business with an outstanding reputation for high customer satisfaction, a highly skilled team and great culture”, adding: “we’re excited to work with them and the whole Incom team to continue to drive its success as part of Focus Group.”
