Having built a successful relationship together, Knight has again advised on a deal for EACS – this time, the firm’s acquisition by Mode Solutions.
A leading provider of digital services, Mode Solutions has grown to set up three UK sites and boasts nearly 3,000 customers. The two companies were founded only months apart from one another and each has grown enormously since. They have earned a similar number of customers throughout their years in operation.
The deal is beneficial to other businesses, extending the range of digital services available from one source.
