Established in 2002, Wakefield-based NGC has grown to provide key communication services to over 800 businesses, keeping up-to-date with modern comms technology.
The leading business communications specialist sought the help of Knight in acquiring the major deal.
Launched in Q4 of 2022, CloudClevr was supported with a £50m investment from the Rigby Group. It has since expanded its business to Europe as well as operating in the UK, as it seeks to create a next generation converged managed services provider.
NGC Marketing Directors Dean Harrop and Nikki Guest will be supported by CloudClevr as they continue to build on the growth they have established in the North of England.
“Our colleagues will benefit from being part of a growing national business allowing them to develop and succeed in an ever-changing marketplace,” said Dean, with Nikki adding: “Our priority is to our customers and ensuring we remain their trusted adviser. We will continue building out NGC to be a powerhouse of the northern region as part of CloudClevr.”
Steve Harris, CloudClevr CEO, shared his mutual excitement, saying: “I am delighted to be working alongside Nikki and Dean. In NGC, they’ve created a fantastic business with strong potential. They have a brilliant team in place and I’m really looking forward to working with them as we start this new journey together.”
At Knight, we are pleased to have helped in such a positive deal.
