Knight worked with Resonate for a year in the build-up to the transaction process. Resonate has delivered exceptional growth since inception and with its management focused on performance, it was important to ensure the business was prepared for a deal that would include a rigorous due diligence process. During this time, shareholders were able to discuss and understand the options available to them.
